The data you give us through the booking form, WhatsApp, phone or email: name, surname, email, phone, reason for your enquiry, preferred date and your message.
To handle your appointment or information request, manage bookings and provide the service. We do not create profiles or make automated decisions.
Your consent when submitting the form and, where applicable, the performance of the service you request (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and then for the legally required periods.
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. Our technology providers (Hostinger web hosting, email and Cloudflare Turnstile spam protection) act as data processors with appropriate safeguards.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@vitalpromarbella.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
